ITA Executive Director David A
Benjamin met with the Division II Committee and discussed the new seeding/regionalization
of the championship format implemented this past season. David suggested that
the committee might explain in greater detail to the Division II coaches this
current association-wide philosophy and the degree to which it is not sport
specific. Also, David suggested that the committee might make further use of the
Division II coaches for suggestions as to the criteria for the national seeding.
