Tournament Hotels:  Rooms have been blocked at several hotels in Chattanooga to accommodate the participants of the Icy Hot/ITA Men’s
All-American Championships.  To make a reservation, please call the hotel of your choice listed below and ask for the Icy Hot/ITA Men’s All-American Championships group rate.   All rates are per room, with two double beds, for up to four people per room.

Private Housing: The Chattanooga Sports Commission and the Chattanooga Tennis Association will make best efforts to arrange for local families to host all players in main draw who wish to stay with a host family.  Please call Jane Young  (Home Phone: 423-267-9397) to request private housing.

Practice Court Information: Practice courts available all day Thursday October 3 from 8am till 9pm to coincide with registration. The contact is Phillip at 423-870-4223.

Racquet Stringing:  Call the Champions Club at 423-870-3112 and ask for Orlando Laurenco to arrange for service
Welcome Barbecue Information: 7:00 p.m., Wed., Oct. 9 in the Cricket Pavilion at Finley Stadium.
Coaches Meeting Information: This mandatory meeting will be held on Wed. Oct. 9 at the Chattanooga Clarion  after the Welcome Barbecue
Draw Sizes: 
Main Draw - 64 Singles Players; 32 Doubles Teams (Consolation for 1st round losers)
Qualifying - 64 Singles Players; 32 Doubles Teams (16 singles/8 doubles advance)
Prequalifying - 256 Singles Players; 128 Doubles Team (8 singles/8 doubles advance)
Note: Draws are released the afternoon prior to each draw
 
Regional and At-large Selection:
ITA Regional Committees are responsible for making regional selections. For at-large and wild card consideration, each coach must send all players information to the ITA office and your respective regional chairperson by September 5th (use appropriate ITA Entry Blank which is available on the ITA web site and/or in the ITA Coaches Scorebook). 
Selection Dates:
At-large selections will be made and announced by the National Tournament Committee on September 10th.  

Entry Fees (Qualifying and Prequalifying only)
Entry fees are $30.00/singles and $40.00/doubles team. Checks must be made payable to the ITA and sent to the Tournament Chair prior to the tournament.
